Mouseworks 3.0 works fine on our mini under SL. This is great news after reading volcs' potentially tragic news. I use several Kensington trackballs and expect MW to break at every update. Sadly, I don't think MW will ever be updated. I talk to Kensington reps at every Macworld and they give me little to no hope.

And their most recent trackball, the hybrid Blade doesn't use MW at all. Cnc Software Training. I haven't used any of the previous trackballs without MW, so I don't know exactly what the OS will support. Has anybody used USB Overdrive with Kensington trackballs?
