All but TDSSkiller found something. I then ran aswMBR and this entry popped up: 13:28:21.425 File: C: Users Christine AppData Local Eastman Kodak Company Adobe akfvy.dll **INFECTED** Win32:Trojan-gen I am thinking this is a false positive as she uses a Kodak printer but just wanted a second opinion in the event this is something new running around. I have searched but found nothing that would suggest that it is anything to worry about. Sorry for the delay, I forgot to plug the laptop in before I left and had to start over.
